Returns

• Returns are accepted only within 2 days of receiving your order.
• To request a return, please contact our customer support within 2 days of delivery with your order details.

Replacement Policy

• We offer replacement only if you receive the wrong book or a damaged/defective product.
• The replacement request must be made within 2 days of delivery.
• The product must be unused and returned in its original condition with all packaging intact.
• Once the returned product is verified, a replacement will be shipped.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

• Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.
• All orders must be prepaid using the available online payment methods.

Non-Returnable Items

Returns or replacements will not be accepted in the following cases:

• Change of mind after purchase.
• Incorrect book ordered by the customer.
• Products that have been used, damaged by the customer, or are returned without original packaging.
